Applying to MWPV

Due to limited space availability, applications for admission will be considered once the parent has submitted sufficient information upon which to make a decision. Applications for admission during the current school year will be considered only if space is available and the student qualifies. Application submission does not guarantee admission. Admission is determined by entrance assessments specific to each grade level.

Application Timeline

  • Application Due Date:  March 1for September 2013 Enrollment*
  • Other Application Materials Due (includes in-house testing and school visit): March 22
  • Decision Letters Sent Out no later than: April 8
  • Enrollment Deposit Due:  April 19**

*Admissions will take place on a rolling basis as long as space is available in the grade of interest.   Applications will be accepted after the March 1 due date with students being added to a waitlist for the grade.  Late applying students will be considered as long as they qualify for admissions with a complete admissions file and the grade is not full. 

**A non-refundable enrollment deposit is required in order to hold a student's space in the class.    A deposit must be received by the due date or the school's offer of admission may be withdrawn.
